On our way to Chile!

In January, Janelle and I sent out over 100 letters to friends and family asking for people to partner with us in prayer and to financially support a survey trip to Santiago, Chile in March. WOW!!! God has shown his greatness and power as the prayer and financial support has come in. Many have thanked us for blessing them with the opportunity. We are humbled by the love and generosity of so many and it is truly a blessing for us and a praise to God! We never imagined the response would be what it has.

We have been able to go ahead and purchase our tickets to Chile. We will be flying to Santiago on the night of March 17, 2009 and arrive in the morning on March 18. We will spend the next 6 days looking at current ministries going on Santiago and surrounding areas, helping in a Manna feeding center, looking at possible schools for Ashton and Aaron to attend, and trying to absorb as much of Chile as one can in 6 days. We plan to be exhausted when we get back on the plane Monday, March 23rd to come back to Texas.
